Finding the right shampoo

This whole obsession over started a few years back. I began to read some of the horror stories about sulfates.... including stories about hair loss and color loss. So, after some research I decided I was going to be sulfate free.... and so it begins...


 I began to use vegan shampoos which contain no sulfates, but my hair never felt clean. Then, I decided to stop using shampoos containing SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate). SLS is said to be very harsh on the scalp and can damage your hair. I will say I did notice a difference in the softness of my hair. I am now using a solid shampoo bar which is different all together.... But I will let you watch the video for more details on the products I have been using.
